The player slides open, but then closes automatically. Then opens and closes on its own until the display says ERROR. Any ideas? Maybe a reset button somewhere.

more likely to be a worn belt or in need of lubrication. could maybe have a disc or other object stuck inside try turning upside down and shaking it out.
