Puk code is provided by the service provider. It must be entered after calling the customer care executives. Also there is a limite for entering the puk code. After that your phone will be automatically blocked. Now this is a headache as this cannot be solved. Make sure all the cables are plugged in correctly yellow to yellow, red to red, white to white. Your TV may have you change the input to an auxillary channel, or even a TV/VCR button would change the input for video game consoles. If none of that works then i suggest getting an RF adapter for your system. That will turn your cable jack on your TV into your input for your console, then you just go to channel 3 or 4.
