Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it. Reset
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe

I purchased this same unit yesterday from the PX Power Zone. I hooked up the unit and even managed to record a few minutes of a show. I then went into setup and made a few changes. Now, I have no display at all from the unit. Does anyone know how to reset the unit back to factory settings? Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Many thanks!
