The administrator password is just the password of the administrators account. so if you only had one account before system recovery use that password if there wasn't a password just click enter.

try the recovery again
well the C:/Windows/ is a path in this case its going into your C: into the windows folder if it stays like that it most likely means there is damage or nothing in that folder
when you did the system recovery it might not have worked and only finished have of the recovery so like i said i would just try the recovery again and see were that takes you
the system recover console is the drive that backs up your system and thats were system recovery takes place the other drive should be C: witch is your personal hard drive and were your windows files are you want to recovery C:.

I AM TRYING TO DO A SYSTEM RECOVERY IT WANT LET ME LOG ON
AFTER IT ASKS FOR ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD I HIT ENTER NOW IT SHOW C:\WINDOWS> WHAT DO I DO NOW
WHEN I GO TO SYSTEM RECOVERY ON START UP IT SHOWS MICROSFT WIN XP HOME ED AND WINDOWS RECOVERY CONSOLE
