Hello,
That message can be an indication that the power supply is failing and has not gone completely bad. This could be an indication of a failed component in the power supply. The fact that you are getting this message means the ps (power supply)has not completely failed.
I would suggest taking it to a repair shop to have it looked at and repaired.
