HELP!!! Can't hear my caller??

Help! Today, when I call out or when someone calls me, I can't hear anything, but my phone said connected.  Did my speaker go bad?? How do I fix it??

If you have the right screwdriver, open the 4 screws in the front of the screen and check that all the cables are connected properly, specially the one that comes from the keyboard through the hinge.  i had the same issue, that cable wasn't tight.

Hi, Please check whether the mic has gone bad in your handset.

the connectivity is just fine as your are able to hear the caller. but if you think there must be something wrong with the caller's phone, try calling someone else and check.

to find out if the phone is on mute, try to connect a earpiece to the phone and see what happens.

if it continues, then you flash the phone with the appropriate software.

it will come back to order.

You need to changed,Your mouth piece, and you earpiece.

As for your ringer, it can be changed,but sometimes the problems always from the panel of the phone,and when it's from there, and ones is from there,it's damaged.

For your mouth piece and your earpiece it will workafter changing it.

The phone rings,states the number calling but you can't talk to the caller. When you answer the phone, the person on the other end can hear you, but you can't hear anything. You can't get a dial tone when...

The switch that the handpiece activates is not working. Could be optical, magnetic or physical. It may need cleaning, adjusting or a wire connection repaired. Also check the curly cord and its connections between the handpiece and telephone.

Click Menu > # Settings
1 Phone settings
On this you can change the setting on what to be displayed when you receive a call.
Phone settings
→ Show caller
Set the phone to display or
block caller information on
all missed calls and
incoming messages
