Won't give print out on Automatic but will give on manual

Our machine will give a blank page when trying to obtain a 12 lead EKG with the automatic button. If we do a manual EKG we get the print out (for a 6 lead). What are we missing? Is there another step involved that I need to be doing? From what I read in the manual we are following the correct sequence of steps.

Turn off the machine & then turn on after 10 seconds. than press ALT 1 1 0 STOP in a sequence. That will solve your problem for printing in AUTOMATIC Mode
