Conveyor belts will not roll WHEN IT START

WHEN TURNING ON THE OVEN SOMETIMES THE CONVEYOR BELTS WILL NOT START TO ROLL OR QUITS IN THE MIDDLE OF BAKING.

Switching phase on products are usually up to UL. You need a good tech and it can be done. If it is marked 3 phase and you make a single, the responsibility falls on the person that did the conversion. Components should be similar from 3 phase to single, just use OEM parts!

I have a Middleby conveyor oven Model TCO21140063 which gives me an error code of E-04. If I turn it off and then back on, it will run for a few minutes before it stops again with the same error code.

Conveyor oven? Are you sure it is not a convection oven?

Easy peasy ! Replace motor instead of bypassing switch , before you burn something else out .

Message saying belt jam and conveyar belt not moving

Error massage on display screen saying belt jam is as a result that the oven conveyor motor failure. If it does not move or function. The fault could be inside the motor circuit that contains hall effect sensor, the motor could be stack, or the controll boar may require cleaning wit dryclener liquids.
