Your question is unclear, but I think I have an answer for you anyway. If you basically just typed a message and sent it to someone, and wish for them not to view it, good luck. You would need their account credentials to "mark as read" or "delete" or whatever after logging in as your unintended emailee, and/or do it from their computer.
Open the conversation/message your friend sent you. Beside the names of people included, you should see there "Messages".Beside that, there's "Actions" option. (upper-right part of your page)
In the drop down menu, you would see there: Mark as unread Forward Add people Leave Conversation - click that

It sounds like he has a block of some type on his tag if it only happens when you send stuff to him. If you can message others the problem is in his profile, you can contact microsoft to help figure out why his account is restricted.
There is no way to stop some one from sending a message/video to your friends but you can remove your tag from the video. Simply go to that persons video, find the video you were tagged, and click remove tag next to your name
i setup an event to ask friends and family what food they would be bring. Some friends said they posted it, and some friends are telling me they got an error message when they click on the event. I need text sent to me so I can arrange everything for our event
