Question about Philips SPC700NC Webcam
I have a Philips spc701nc/37 web cam and mike set. My computer crashed a few days ago, and I don't have the installation disc with me to load it. I am at work right now out in the Gulf of Mexico, so going to the store is really not an option. Can you help me out?
Thank you, Charlie Tanner
1. Go to http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?scy=GB&slg=ENG&cat=PC_CAMERAS_CA&sct=WEBCAMS_SU&session=20071027193843_188.8.131.52&grp=PC_PRODUCTS_GR&ctn=SPC700NC/00&mid=Link_Software&hlt=Link_Software and download the drivers for your computer ( based on the OS )
2. Plug in the device.
3. When it prompts for drivers, use the files you downloaded.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
