Question about Brother HL-2070N Laser Printer
Our Brother HL-2070N jammed on us just once because it was turned off in an effort to stop an erroneous long print job that was still in its que. Ever since the jam was cleared, it prints crooked on standard paper out of the paper tray. Looking at a documents printed after the incident, there is a noticeable slant from left to right across the document that slants downward 1/4". We have tried removing the toner cartridge a few times hoping that this would resolve the issue, but we have had no success thus far. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Check that the paper guides on paper cassette are hard up against paper edges
