Here are the instructions to Subsidy Unlock the LG CT810 (Incite) from AT&T:

• Go to the Dial Menu (as if you were making a phone call)
• Using the dial pad enter: 2945#*810#
• A SIM Unlock screen will appear with a number pad
• Enter the 16-digit unlock code*
• Select Ok
• Device will display Handset sucessfully unlocked

you have to call them and ask for the "subsidy lock code" tell them that you were trying to use it in Mexico and it locked up, then you took it to a local store and they told you to call and get the subsidy lock code form AT&t once you have the 16 digit code dial 2945#*810# then enter the lock code and ta da!! the only issue is as far as i have seen so far you can't send mutli media messages
