Question about Mitsubishi WD-52725 52". Rear Projection HDTV
Still having same issues. Mits tech support has call the service tech and they can't find a problem accept lamp is out for the fourth time 4000 hrs in 100 days.
Four weeks later they credited for a lamp and 75.00 for labor.
Service people still charged me 135.00 for pick up and delvery. They bring the unit in and ask for their payment. I stated lets see the unit work. They can't get a picture. Back into the truck it goes.
Call Mits 800 number wait for 20 mintue and the person can't help me so new adventure for Monday.
Any help I get from this site the techs just look at me and say no.
Any New Advice????
1532-DLP TVS' WITH LAMPS WILL NOT GIVE THE USUAL 5-6 THOUSAND LAMP HRS. IF THE SET IS ON AND OFF FREQUENTLY,AS EVERY POWER ON SEQUENCE ARCS THE LAMP WITH 10,000 VOLTS TO GET IT STARTED.TRY ALSO TO KEEP SET CLEAN ESPECIALLY IN THE BACK SET AREA. JOE TV
