SOURCE: OVEN WILL NOT GET HOT THE GAS DOES NOT COME ON.

The gas regulator valve (gas shutoff valve) may have been turned-off accidentally, while cleaning or moving around unit. Just locate it, usually in the rear, under the burner top, if not, you may find it underneath, behind the bottom pull-out drawer.

Check all connections at control board and at the latch switch and door switch.
If connections are ok, then check individual switches as outlined for the F5 error code.

Hi

This means a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the oven temp. sensor itself is bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue test the oven temp. sensor, it should read between 1080-1120 ohms, if the rating is more then that and the door appears to be closing fine then it is the control board that is bad and should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Gas oven not keeping temp consistant

Hi. this is a failing oven temp sensor. the sensor probe is not responding to the oven control. this will cause erratic temps in this oven. it will also damage the control board if the sensor isn't replaced soon.

Frigidaire convection free standing range

new ranges come set for natural gas. in the installation instuctions there should be instruction for converting the range to lp. some models require that the orafice for the burners be replaced as part of the coversion, if so the there should be a pack of them with the new range. others you just have to tighten the orafices that are all ready in the range. you installation guide will tell you which one you have to do
