Need motherboard information

I don't think Gigabyte did any drivers for this motherboard for windows 7. You could try the generic divers on the realtek site.

Then select the AC97 codes the version 7.094 is the win 7 one. It should work.

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((motherboard to your hard drive))" make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

DDR SDRAM
400MHz or 333MHz or 266MHz, the 400 is the fatest and the maximum amount of memory is 4GB

you need to replace the thermal paste on your processor

check your processor fan.some times it is no fix correctly

go to the gigabyte website gigabyte .com.tw.
you can find there anything about any gigabyte product and their drivers and manuals. one time entered there go to download section.

pls change the RAM and see if it helps i think main culprit is RAM if u have 2 chips try one at a time and tell me if u get display
