Lumix pictures blurry

I recently got a panasonic lumix dmc-tz3.  When I take pictures in any mode they most often times appear fuzzy.

After several months of mostly trouble free pictures, the center suddenly started to become blurry. I tried adjusting shutter speeds, ISO settings, IS settings, etc. but nothing helps. Maybe the sensor has gone bad. Did this hapen to anyone else?

I have had the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 for about a week and I am having a difficult time getting decent shots that are not blurry even when the subject is stationary. These are blurry pics even without using the zoom. Some of the pics look great, but more often than not the colors are off and the pics are just blurry. I am considering returning the camera.

If the LCD displays correctly on previous photos then the problem is more than likely a CCD or associated ribbon connector failure due to moisture/condensation or age/misuse. Good luck with finding a replacement part!

I would suggest that the image stabilizer might not be working right. Could you upload a photo to Flickr or other location where I could look at the EXIF, or list it here. I would like to see what the camera is writing to the image as the settings when the photo was taken.

Does it make a difference when the image stabilizer is on or off?

Try cleaning the lens with a camera cleaning kit, other than that it will need to be serviced by a professional.

Bluish colour with Lumix TZ3

I found 2 different Lumix TZ3 cameras.
http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/PNAEndecaSearchCmd?N=779832097+250033510&Ne=&Ns=&Nr=12001&No=0&Ntt=tz3&Ntk=SupportSearch&URL=vSupportSearch&cmTag=false&cm_sp=&cn=&catalogId=13401&storeId=15001

In the manual, I couldn't find a reference to a bluish color.

In FAQ's, I found the following:
What is “Intelligent Auto Mode” (or IA Mode)?
“IA mode” automatically activates MEGA O.I.S., Intelligent ISO Control, Face Detection, Intelligent Scene Selector, Intelligent Exposure, and Quick Auto Focus to match your subject and shooting situation. IA Mode is a great mode for beginning photographers

How do you delete multiple pictures from the panasonic lumix DMC TZ3.  What mode and or functions on the camera do I use to delete multiple pictures at once?

Hi,
The quickest way to multiple delete pictures from you camera after you have copied or backed them up is to use the camera's menu to format the camera or/and card.

Regards.

How tu use video recording..

Hi,

The picture that I posted shows a TZ3 mode dial. I added a blue arrow to point out an icon on the mode dial.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Turn the mode dial on the camera so this icon is selected.
2. Switch on the camera.
3. Aim the camera at your subject, press the shutter button halfway to focus, then press it fully to begin the video. (Just as you would take a picture.)
4. To stop taking video, press the shutter button fully again.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~When a video starts being taken, its current length will appear on the camera's LCD screen.
~Videos take up more space on the memory card than do pictures.
~If an SD memory card becomes full while recording, then the video will stop automatically.
~Videos can be played back on the camera's "PLAYBACK" mode. They can also be viewed on a TV or downloaded to a computer.
