SOURCE: Descaling a Miele Coffee maker

Put them in the water chamber then they dissolve and you run they cycle. I would cycle through a second time also with water only to flush the system out.

hope that helps.

SOURCE: Coffee maker makes cream curdle

Run two or three reservoirs full of plain water through the machine to rinse out the descaler, which is acidic.

Acid curdles milk.

SOURCE: After performing a descaling cycle, the descaling light still flashes, what is wrong?

The manual states that after you descale, you have to hold down the hot water button for 6 seconds, that will turn it off and "reset the timer" till the next time it needs to descale.

Won't dispense all the coffee from the disc. Have to push button at least two times. Descaled Help

The discs tell the machine how much water to dispense through the disc. Some discs dispense a small amount for an Espresso, others give a larger drink. Normal cups will not fill, you need smaller coffee cups for most Tassimo drinks.
Check the packet to see how much it dispenses and check with a measurement jug to see if it is working properly, you may be surprised to find it is working fine.

Yellow and red light on but nothing happening?

I have a Tassimo. The machine reads a bar code on the coffee cartridge that you put in before pressing brew button. You open the dispenser lid, place a cartridge in with the printing facing down. If you notice, the label has a bar code on it. There is a small rectangular window on the machine that you can see when you open up the dispenser lid. Make sure that the window is clean. If there is debris covering it, the machine wont be able to read the bar code and therefore will not know how to dispense for the specific cartridge you put in.
As for the manual, I found one on the Bosch website to download.
Good luck.

Benvenuto B20 not dispensing water

I had similar problem - water came out into the tray underneath instead of the cup. I found the problem to be the drain valve after taking the whole machine apart.1_20_2013_9_13_36_pm.jpg

this part was cracked in my case which meant that the water did not come out the nozzles..
To get at this part you would need to take the back top and both side panels

here is the exploded view of this part

Bosch Benvenuto B30

The cleaning program is different from the descaling program.
The machine is now wanting you to descale the machine. Get some descaling powder or tablets, desolve in water and let the machine run through the descale program.
