Trouble downloading songs

I am having trouble downloading songs to my delstar ds-31024.  I drag the songs to the f: drive/music.  The songs show to be in the file. But when I check my mp3 player it shows no files.  This isn't covered in the manual.

Re: Trouble downloading songs

I took it back and got a different model. The new one worked fine. And as for converting them to mp3, I did that and it did not work. I think this is just a bad player. When I took it back the lady at the store said they have had a lot of them returned.

Re: Trouble downloading songs

You are probably transferring files from ITunes that are probably not MP3 files. I am having the same problem. I noticed that the MP3 files that I copy from CD will work, but not the "protected" files from iTunes.

I don't know how to fix this but maybe there is a bypass??

I don't know how to download songs to my delstar mp3. how do i download songs from my computer to my mp3?

first, you plug your mp3 player into a unoccupied usb port on your computer. then, it should come up as a drive and you simply copy and paste your music onto said drive.
hope this helps ;-)

Just to make sure...are you using supported file types? Do the files you are trying to use have DRM (digital rights management) on them that would prevent them from being used on other equipment? This means did you buy them online from a source like i-Tunes or Walmart. Try using a plain jane mp3. if you don't have one put a cd in your computer and rip it as mp3 files in window media player. Then try moving those files to the Delstar. Or try placing files it from another computer.

Delstar digital mp3 player

Go into Windows Media, get your music library out. You should see the mp3 device on the right side of the screen. All you have to do is drag and drop the songs you need.
