SOURCE: I have a front louder

The machine has to reset to bringg tthe lock to release, check the link to the lock settings to make the program complete the cycle and release the lock. Do not force it as you end up damaging.

You likely have a broken or slipped drive belt or broken spring on the belt take up arm on the drum. Appliance Parts.com has a lot of DIY instructions on how to get at the belt and make repairs.

During the cycle, it has stopped and the screen is flashing F- 21, what does that mean? The door is locked and when I do get the door open, water spills out. What do I do?

The drain cycle only runs for 8 minutes. F-21 is a blocked drain tube. Open the panel in the front bottom and locate the drain tube (front right) Disconnect it and you will find a little collection area in the tube as it first comes out of the washers tub. Clean it out and try resetting it to drain then all should be fine. I always find coins and other stuff like tissues blocking the flow.

Washer stopped in rinse cycle.

Sounds like a control or door lock problem. Try resetting you ccu ( computer control) by unplugging the unit for 30 minutes first. If this does not work then you probably have a bad door latch or bad ccu. You should have a technician do this repair. The wrong soap will not cause this problem, although it can eventually cause other problems. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

Our front loading neptund door will not lock . any help would be appreciated

you will need to remove the door, the front panel, and raise the top to gain access to the locking mechanism. you will need to check for power to the wax motor that latches the door, if power exists during the spin cycle and its not moving and latching then you need to replace the : 12002535 - WAX MOTOR.. if no power exists to the wax motor and/or the microswitches there during a spin cycle then the main control board is toast and part number depends upon what series unit u have..
best of luck,
