Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Galaxy SII touchscreen not working. Need to turn on USB debugging to allow me to transfer files, contacts, photos, apps., etc to new phone with a program that requires both phones to have USB debugging turned on
Im finding no way around it. To open the service menu a code typically needs to be inputted into your dialpad. Sorry, sounds like getting the screen fixed may be your only way.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Download the softeware from the LG website or call the company for help. You could also use the google sync app to transfer them to google and export them to an excel file.
It all really depends on what you want your end reult to be and what you are trying to transfer them for (ie. backup, email, etc.)
