Question about Epson WorkForce WF-7520 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Epson wf-7520 power light, auto answer light & wi-fi light blink

First the wi-fi would not stay connected so I just used the ethernet connection because the distance was almost to far from one end to the other. Just before we moved the printer would not fubction. The the power light, auto answer light & whi-fi lights blinked locking it up so I could not used the printer. I would unplug it for hours, then days, then weeks we started moving. It sat unplugged from the power source and the ethernet network connection. After several weeks I uninstalled all drivers and epson software. I plugged it in and the this time the lights did not blink. I reset the printer to original factory settings. Oddly when I plugged into the network it spit out several copies we had tried to print weeks before. I went through the fresh install like I had just purchased it. It worked but due to a firewall error unrelated to this between computers on our network, I had to start over once I fixed the firewall error. Everything was fine until I left it try to update the firmware. It required the printer to be turned off and then back on. Now the 3 lights blink-the power light, the auto answer light & the wi-fi light. So I am back to square one and cannot make the lights stop blinking. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As far as the wifi is concerned, try getting it connected to your home network. Once it gets connected, go into your network settings and try to get the IP address. If you can obtain that, you should be able to add a network printer using TCP/IP port. Also, see if you can factory reset the printer, and start the setup all over.

I am trying to scan to my computer from my new Printer EE-2550 Epson printer on Wi Fi and I can not get it going.

Try using your ethernet cable. If it works like that then the problem lies with your wi fi connectivity to computer.

Can I use ethernet and wifi together?

No, you can use both type of connection without problem. Ethernet is a direct wired and generally faster connection. Wi-Fi is a via air form of transmission and is highly dependent on how many cellphones and computers are connected at any one time. In airports where I work, this is a big problem. My airport lounge has its own Wi-Fi provided by DataValet for this reason.

When you connect via Ethernet the connection will be used automatically. when you wish to use Wi-Fi, you will choose that in settings. You should only use one, although it isn't going to hurt if your try connecting via both. My guess, is that it will take the best signal.

Wi Fi printing and Epson Connect print not working

Does the printer print other documents such as a word doc, letter or photo from your desktop? If it still does, then it's the attachment that is the culprit. Check to see if the attachment is an Adobe doc. If it is, you may have to initiate a print command usually found at the bottom of the window (mac) or within the doc itself (pc). It's a guessing game answer since I would need a bit more information from you, but see if this helps.

Is it possible to connect a standard DSL modem - without Wi-Fi (with 1 Ethernet port) and a DSL modem - Wi-Fi (with 4 Ethernet port) to broadcast Wi-Fi singles

Does the non wifi modem give out DHCP addresses?
Can the wifi modem be set up to receive it's IP address from DHCP?
If the answer to both these questions is Yes then that's what to do as a first step. Make sure the wifi modem DHCP service is disabled as it must NOT give out DHCP addresses.
Connect the ethernet port of the non wifi modem to one of the LAN ports of the wifi modem and NOT the DSL/WAN port. The wifi modem is not participating in any DSL connectivity at all so it's DSL light will remain off. The non wifi modem is doing the DSL duty so it's DSL light should be correctly illuminated.
