You may have received tracking information in an email. You can use this information to check the shipping status of your item on the shipping company's website.
You can also check the shipping status of your item from My eBay. To check the shipping status of your item from My eBay:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
Click the Purchase History link on the left side of the page.
Locate the item in the list. If the seller printed the shipping label using eBay or PayPal, or entered a tracking number for an item, you'll see the tracking number under the item title. Click the tracking number to see the package's shipping status.
I would follow up with whoever you bought your items from. It sounds like you may have been ripped off. I would look through your confirmation(s) for the order and be sure that you did not receive a tracking number for the shipping of your products. If you do have a tracking number, try putting it in and see if the shipping company has any records of the items you purchased. Good luck tracking down the culprit!
