Question about Computers & Internet
Will not work at all
Unfortunately 10% of shipped laptops are DOA and 80% need a call to the mfr to get them working properly. First, call the mfr and get them to help you. It's their baby and having us on the forums do their work, while not particularly a bad thing, isn't the most efficient thing either. They know their product and can probably solve it in record time.
Other than that, check the AC adapter to make sure it's putting out power (does it have a light that lights up?). Make sure it's plugged in. Take the battery out and reseat it. Unplug he system from the wall and remove the battery. Hold the power button down for about 1 minute, put the battery back, plug in the AC and try again.
Those are my "quick and dirty" solutions.
