I also had the same problem of finding the conversion kit for 5000 series crib in chocolate. I have been trying everywhere and finally I came across this baby furniture store in San Diego. I contacted them, drove up to San Diego from Orange County and got my conversion kit last weekend. You guys might want to give it a try. I have posted the instructions in an album on photobucket. I believe you can print them from there. To get to them, go to photobucket.com and in the website only search field (not the web search) type emilykenepp and change the search from images to people. It should bring up my profile and under albums I have an album called Graco Lauren Crib Assembly Instructions. Click on that and you're good to go! Pages 10 and 11 are for conversions. I have been looking relentlessly for these bed rails for a few months now and I have found the supplier who has taken over for Simplicity which made the Sydney and Ellis cribs.

The company is called Elfe Graco. There telephone number is 1-800-667-8184. They are located in Quebec.

Tell them what crib you have and what colour you are looking for. They will ask you for the model number and the manufacturing date which is located on the crib mattress support (In the middle of the instructions).

I have ordered mine today and they have all colours in stock!

You can order the crib rails through your local Babies R Us. We have the same crib, and have been having trouble locating them also. I spoke with the store manager today, and she said all DELTA cribs use the same rails. They are a metal pair that cost $69.99. The number for them is: 617153. Hope this helps!! :-)
