I purchase a XOVISION 2GB Shiner MP3 Video Player, from WALMART back in JULY 08. and was told that I was the first customer to purchase the product from them.

Since that time the left headphone bud went out. Is it possible to get another set without cost to me?

for notforreal, did you firmware upgrade? if you did, here the link to fix the problem,

For X120AUD2GB http://www.xovision.com/downloads/X120AUD2GB%20UPGRADE%20SOFTWARE.zip

For X120AUD4GB

For songs that got deleted, or just simply disappear

is the file system of your player FAT32? if yes just format it in FAT. this will solved the problem of losing music.

1) Plug your Player to usb port of your computer
2) Wait until it is recognizes as flash drive
3) Go to My Computer, look for the removable disk
4)Right click, then click format, window will pop up, on file format, choose FAT
5) click start, wait until finish formatting.
6) then you can now start using your player.
