I ahve an app installed on my LG G2 called battery saver get it at the store it has a little green droid dude get it install it and set it up how you want this will save you tons of battery usage.

For the screen saver you have to go into your security settings and configure it different way such as swipe or the draw on the screen type. with the Battery Saver app you will have no problems.

SOURCE: permanent blue screen display

I had the frozen blue screen twice. As a cowboy reset, I removed the battery for a minute, then put it back in. Worked for me, didn't erase my contacts or anything.

SOURCE: Click on the LG Dare display settings button and the phone resets

all you do is go into your security and settings and reset the phone. it will turn the phone on and back off again. but this should fix the problem and restore the ability to get into your display settings, as well as view your date and time.

Im having screen problem with my nokia express music 5800. once i use my phone to talk or i leave it for a minute is goes off... plz help me

Hey don't worry about it.It's only a power saver feature of your phone which is called screen timeout. It sleeps the LCD Display after a specific time and you can use the screen unlock button on the right side of your phone to bring back the normal display. However you can adjust the time for screen timeout from the display settings of your phone.Hope you're satisfied with my solution. Please leave me a reply if you need further assistance.I'll be happy to help you. Thanks for choosing Fixya.

My HTC HD 7 phone keeps turning off it goes to the white screen with green HTC then shuts off and keeps doing the same thing over and sometimes when i try to use it and i tap the screen then it shuts off...

I finally had to have them replace the unit. If doing a factory reset does not help, then I would have them replace it. Mine started rebooting infrequently, but then started doing it more often. They didn't waist any time getting my replacement out.
Please make sure you back up all your contacts/email before proceeding. I use Google on my phone through the Outlook option. Google/Outlook syncs all my mail, contacts, and calendar.
RESET: Software: SETTINGS > ABOUT > RESET YOUR PHONE
Hardware: 1) Turn off phone 2) While holding down both the Up/Down Volume buttons, turn unit on 3) Keep holding down the volume buttons until white screen appears 4) Press the Down Volume button to reset to factory defaults. 5) Restart phone

I'm having a problem with my screen turning black as soon as I make a call or recieve a call it comes back on when I plug it in. I can't hangup from a call or anything when it does go black can someone...

The screen on the droid shuts off to conserve battery power. The amount of time that it remains on can be adjusted in the settings menu, under sound and display, screen timeout. The screen can be turned back on after a timeout by pressing the power button on top of the phone momentarily (quickly, dont hold down). Also, the screen will go black when you hold the phone up to your ear, and then light back up when you remove it from your ear. Hope this solves your problem, if not just let me know.

CLEANS ITSELF TOO FREQUENTLY- 2-3 TIMES EACH DAY

Try maxing out your power save timers. Here are the instructions. I suspect the machine is going into power save mode to quickly. Here is how you do that.

NOTE: To save energy, the printer enters a power saver, low-energy consumption mode after a predefined period of time since its last activity. In this mode, most printer electrical systems are shut down. When a print job is sent to the printer, the printer enters the Warm-up Mode. You can also warm up the printer by pressing the [OK] button on the Control Panel.
If the printer is going into Power Saver mode too often and you do not want to wait while the printer warms up, increase the length of time before the printer goes into the Power Saver mode.
Modify the timeout value:
  1. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button on the Control Panel to select [Printer Setup] on the Display Screen, and then press the [OK] button.
  2. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Printer Controls], and then press the [OK] button.
  3. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Power Saver Timeout], and then press the [OK] button.
  4. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select the required timeout value (30 - 240 minutes), and then press the [OK] button.

NOTE: Select a larger timeout value to extend the length of time before the printer goes into the Power Saver mode.

  5. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Exit], and then press the [OK] button to return to the Main screen.

How to turn off the cleaning page feature in Xerox Phaser 8500

Actually what is happening is your machine is going into the power save mode and staying there for a long time.
What happens then is you get a full warmup. When the machine warms up, it will turn on the compressor and drain the resivour because Xerox wants a "fresh": supply of ink in the print head.
Its excruciatingly expensive and wasteful.
Here is something that can help. I am not sure you can completely disable the energy save mode. Thanks Al Gore...

You probably have the "go to sleep" timeout set too low. Check out "Power Options" in the control panel.
