Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet PC
Samsung Galaxy 2 Tablet, and Galaxy 4 phone, both, exhibit "unable to communicate" when pairing with BOP gizmo Bluetooth device. Product operation (BOP)has been confirmed using ipod 4 touch. Am thinking an app deficiency, or something that we might have to turn on or off, other than those in instructions, as they have been performed exactly as listed. Thank you.

Make sure you are using the AC adapter as the Tab cannot charge solely from a USB cable connected to a computer or similar. If it is still not charging, your device's battery or connector has probably failed and will need to be replaced.
Hope this helps, Alistair

place your sim on a another mobile and check still you didnt receive any messages. If still ther is no messages then contact your service provider and ask them why they block your incoming and outgoing message facility. If you receive messages on that sim then you can reset your phones software

It appears your Galaxy is faulty and it will still be under warranty. I suggest you take it to the supplier to get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
If you try to repair it yourself, you will most likely void your warranty.

Note: These steps clear data from the device. SD card data like your photos and music are not erased unless you choose to format the SD card.
2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo, but continue to hold Volume Upuntil the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. PressHome to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.
The Galaxy Tab should then go through the hard reset process.
If you have access to the OS, you can also perform a hard reset in Settings.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select Privacy.
3. Choose Factory data reset.
