Question about Dell Latitude 650 Notebook
Restart the laptop and when it starts up continually press f2 until you get into the BIOS setup. In there look for the drives and see if the CD/DVD is recognized in there. If its not you might have to activate the drive. If that doesn't work you can try resetting the drive
