Question about Televison & Video
The IP address is assigned by you manually or by the router on the network using DNS ( dynamic naming service ) . This address is dependent upon the network you are connecting too. My home
Network uses 192.168.3.XXX but next door neighbor uses 192.168.1.XXX and across the street uses 10.10.10.XXX.
Without the Panasonic remote you are out of luck in configuring the network. All the settings are accessed through the remote.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Just bought a Vizio 22" 1080 p TV and need to set up a Verizon Fios remote for it. The codes for Vizio for the remote do not work. Can anyone help me with this.

Have you tried a Code Search with your remotes. If that does not work try calling or emailing Astar they may be able to help.

What type of speakers do you have? The TV has a digital audio Out (below the LAN (ethernet) port) for a connection to a digital audio in on a receiver. This takes an optical audio cable that is not included with the TV. The TC-L37E3 does not have any RCA audio out ports or a headphone jack.
If your source is from a set top box, you may be able to connect the speakers to the set top box for analog audio speakers. A home theater system with HDMI will probably let you connect several HDMI inputs and then have one HDMI output carry the video to the TV.
The manual is available here: http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/TCL32E3.PDF .
I wish that I could be of more help.
