Really? This is the 2nd one today? This is a lot of work. Anyway, here we go.
You have a MS Product key sticker on the computer. Check which version you have.
A Windows image can be downloaded from a torrent site. IT MUST BE THE SAME VERSION as the product key.
Next download this tool, and make a USB Win installation drive.
Next change BIOS to boot from USB drive. Choose Repair computer when it comes up. Then choose command prompt. Type sfc / scannow ENTER. System File Checker. It finds and replaces corrupted system files.
If this fails you still have a Windows image to work with.
