Hello, You have enrolled fingerprint right?? then what is the problem... as soon as it boots up press your finger on the sensor...

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.

From the description it is a software problem, If you were sticking things in the scanner bar that would not help and it will prevent the laptop from working.
