Question about Arcsoft TotalMedia
The burnt dvd with videos in TotalMedia 3.5 has a menu with frameshots up side down. You have a personalised caption Last Movie (for instance) and a still frame above the caption which is up side down and mirrored. The menu looks crazy (people with heads down and legs up). What have I to change in TotalMedia?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had same problem (Windows 7, 64-bit, FujiTech DVT PRO USB stick). When trying to search TV channels Windows notifies that TotalMedia 3.5 stopped working.
Workaround: The problem seems to be related only to TotalMedia. I was able to setup TV channels and watch TV with Cyberlink PowerDirector 10 free trial version. This free trials expires after 30 days but I'm planning to purchase it so this is not an issue for me.

I have Windows 7 64-bit and couldn't install TotalMedia 3.5 It would only get as far as Select Video Device, and give 2 options: > WinFast DTV Dongle Gold BDA Filter > FM/DAB Dongle I downloaded a driver (AF9015 BDA Driver - 188.8.131.52) from http://www.unisupport.net/ Select Video Device then gave these 2 options: > AF9015 BDA Driver > FM/DAB Dongle The first one did the trick. (The second one was possibly there because I have a Kaiser Baas USB FM radio.)
