I had the same problem and it turned out that the directions are very unclear. You need to not only press the ID/SET button on the wireless system, but also on the wireless subwoofer itself. That solved my problem.

Please provide a little more information about the model of the Samsung. Generally, when partnering with a bluetooth device, the default code to enter in to the phone is 0000. This will secure the negotiation with the headset.
I'd need the model of the Samsung to indicate which menu options to select in the phone.

With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
Note: The blue light will flash as you press and hold the Call
button. Continue holding down the Call button until the blue
light is steadily lit.
Note: If you let go of the Call button before the blue light is
on and steady, ensure that your headset is off before trying
The default PIN or passkey is 0000 (4 zeros)
You need to enable bluetooth on the phone and go into pairing mode, search for devices or similar

error 523 reset means a "System process died" You'll need I would reload the entire handheld OS again. If you have the cd it isnt that hard to do. go to crackberry.com and type that error message 523 and their are a lot of full detail restore posts there good luck.
