Testimonial: "Sorry. The login page doesn't work. None of the pages work. Hence, when I try to login or open a new account, I am denied access. Cannot access the page in both IE or Chrome. Page opens in browser, but that is all. I even checked if the site was up and running, and it is. So I don't know what the problem is!"
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Can you log on in safe mode (hold F8 on bootup and select safe mode without networking)? Are you running Windows XP? You could try using system restore to go back to a time before the problem started. Is your hard drive volume name longer than 11 characters?

it's possibly a logon name and password. go to Start, Control Panel, and User Account
Remove password from your account, if previously you have a password on it, enter the old password and leave the new blank then ok. apply, restart your pc.
hope i help ya.

If you have a Mac OSX install disk you can actually reset the password without losing all of your info on the computer. This should also help you with your username: With your MacBook on, insert the disk. When the popup comes to the screen asking if you want to install just CLOSE out of that box. Now turn your laptop off. Next, power it back on & as soon as you hear the 'chime' **HOLD DOWN THE OPTION BUTTON** or it won't work. It will say 'Preparing Installation' so you'll have to wait for a bit. **IMPORTANT** when that's finished, you'll see a Welcome window. Look at the VERY TOP of your screen and click on UTILITIES. In the drop down menu click on RESET PASSWORD. It will give you the option to click on your MacBook Hard Drive and other options. Only click on the MACBOOK HARD DRIVE (or Macintosh HD). below that it will allow you to choose the user that you want to change the password for (this should include the username). Type in any password you like twice then a password hint then click save. This will allow you to get into the profile. hope this helps. Don't forget to vote if it did!
