Destinator is not a valid Windows CE application (by 2 users)

gps will not load said destinator.exe "destinator is not a valid windows CE application unit freezes up will not operate , no menu no nothing unit has a sd card could card be blank if so how can I get it reprogramed?

Download a valid Destinator via torrent or emule and update your sd card
