Your flat panel TVs picture tube base board has soldering loose contact with it. Just unplug your TV from AC mains socket, and open it. Pull out the picture tube base card from the picture tube neck. Pull it out straight, no shake must be there, as it will damage its connecting pins.
Normally, loose sodering are very difficult to loacate, as they will be quite micrscopic in size. Just resolder all the suspected loose sodering point on that board, by applying a little more solder. This will solve your TVs problem. OK.

U must take the tv aparts and do some troubleshooting.Tv power supply board that the board that where the tv power A/C cord plug into it.U have to check the tv power supply board carefully, see if have any dying capacitors components parts like bulging up or puffing up onto it tops?Yes? Than that ur tv problems all these dying capacitors components parts have to replaced if they're bulging up or puffing up onto it tops.If all the capacitors components parts are good and have check out no bulging and puffing onto it tops and leaking on the tv power supply board.Than the tv problem have 1 or 2 Long boards that are called LCD inveter boards are dying and the causes. These 1 or 2 long LCD inveter boards only job are to provided a backlight to the tv LCD screen panel to have picture. If ur tv the causes are the capacitors components problems on the tv power supply board and u can not replaces those dying capcitors components on the tv power supply board ur self.Try websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish tv power suppy board for the replacement.Or the 1 or 2 long LCD inverter boards for the replacement same websites.
