You will need to remove the oven from the frame, then remove the outer cover from the door.
Once the outer cover's off, you'll be able to see that door opening button presses against the door opening lever, which presses up on the door key/hook to open the door.
Usually the problem is a broken door opening lever.
You can order that part directly from Panasonic here.
Once it's fixed, if you want to download the owner's manual, it's here.

Do you mean the part with hook-like projections that stick out of the door, or the part that holds the door switches inside the oven?
If you need to replace the door latches (the hook-like devices in the door) you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.
Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) that demonstrates how it's done.
You can order Panasonic parts from Tritronics here or by calling 866-779-5835.

The problem I had experienced with the Door not opening easily will be resolved by removing the micowave oven top cover with a tamper proof torx head, replacing the door switch and reinstalling the top cover.

You can purchase parts for Panasonic microwaves but home repair is not recommended due to them being lethal if you do something wrong. I would find a good local repair shop and they should be able to find the part and repair. It might not however be cost effective, depends on the part price.
