you have to hold down the sel button until you see DEMO pop up on the screen then it will show demo on. then turn the volume knob up or clockwise and it will say DEMO OFF. then click the right arrow and it will go to clock display. Turn the volume knob until it says on. then hit the right arrow and it will say abb. clock hour then turn the knob until it is the right hour. then click the right arrow and it will say abb. clock minutes and turn the knob until it is right. Most of those breakers are universal and can easily be replaced. Unless it's a special type of breaker, you can't change the amp rating, you have to get a new breaker with the amp rating that will fit. I can help you better if you explain the reason you want to change the amp rating.
