Question about Samsung DLP HL-P4663W 46" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Red LED remains lit as soon as I turn on TV and does nothing more. There is no visible damage on any PCB, there is 5v on Pin 6 of S300 and 24v rail appears to be fine. Stuck!
Sounds like a signal board issue to me.... If your power supply lines are fine.... Seek a good one on EBAY or shopjimmy.

There are several things that must happen before a DLP will turn on. The light bulb and color wheel must start first. Samsung had some color wheel issues. Check the bulb first. If it is good, most likely it is the color wheel.
