Laptop sometimes switches off when moved.

Sounds like a loose connection where the laptop opens and closes hinge there are wires that run from the main screen to the main board. If you know how to take the unit apart it maybe a cheap fix if not then a new laptop maybe the way to go the prices have really dropped from 4 years ago

Everything has disappeared from the desktop. Even the taskbar isn't doing anything

Restart the computer and before it boots to Windows, hit F8 several times until you get the emergency start-up screen - select "Last Known Good Configuration".

Errors almost every part of my laptop nec lavie nx lw40h/1

Well, perhaps not a virus per se', but its a good bet its some form of malware. Panda offers a free online scan etc, give it a shot. heres the link...

I'm getting a little ahead of myself here. If you have XP as an operating system, boot your machine into safe mode (keep tapping F5 immediately after the first screen "boot screen" disappears.)

Choose "safe mode" from the choices, from there run whatever antivirus / antispyware program you have and allow it to remove as much of the problem as possible.

Post again if you have any more problems after that, it can (and probably will) take more work to clean out everything depending upon the severity of the infestation.

After startup, all icons and taskbar disappear...

Sounds like Spyware or Adware causing your issues. Try scanning it using http://superantispyware.com/ or AGV Free.
