In most cases part BC0582 is the part it hangs it must be cleaned out and lubricated the whole AC0376 top of the nailer must be cleaned (solvented) and cleaned and basic grease a good silicongrease like OKS1110 (prefered) or Dow Corning DC4 Kluber Silubrin only that part because most models of Senco are oilless only if they have a kevlar pistonseal.

Senco 35 finishpro not punching nail all the way in

IF you have tried adjusting out the problem without joy, remove head and push piston down into cylinder till it hits lower bumper. If the driver extends past nose about 1/4 inch then you should be able to adjust to desired position. If the end is broken off then tip may not extend past nose or just slightly. Replace driver as needed or adjust safety/repair foot (look for bent safety). Good luck

If you diodn't replace the driver look at it. there might be a burr on it or also one where it slides in and out. Sometimes if it jams a nail or a piece came off of one it will lodge there and cause problems. This has happened to me in the past.

Do i need to buy piston driver assembly or can i by just the driver blade

These new Senco FinishPro tools are chinese made and unlike the old US made tools, you need to buy what's termed a 'piston driver unit'. It should be fairly cheap though, compared to old Senco parts.
