Hi i have got DOS 4G protected mode run-time

hi i have got DOS 4G protected mode run-time version 2.01A while writing on my BIOS it gives message likes this
"chipset type - intel whitney
flash part - intel N82802AB
error 2 - file doesnot exist"
now tell me how can i write the BIOS? please help me coz i have a mother board of intel D865 Glc whose BIOS is bad and display is not giving
