I need some help from you, please.

Did you go to www.hp.com >> Support and Drivers. Select the Drivers "Radio" button and then type in the model name of your printer. Then you get to select the operating system you are using>

That should have brought you to a download screen. I just tried it amoment ago and had np problem downloading a 6L driver for Win XP. Don
