Let him open his Gmail account with PC and he must fill his username and in the space of password he should select forget password .after that gmail will ask you some security question or alternate account for reset your new password. After using alternate mail you can create new password. Now its ready to use your gmail account with new password.

This may be phishing.

What ever you do, do not follow any links in the e-mail, but try logging in to your gmail account as normal. If you cannot, then follow the procedure to change your password. If you can log in to your account, ignore the e-mail.

Do a computer search for the word CONDUIT
if it finds stuff....you have a nasty virus.

Click on the link, just underneath the login boxes that says' "forgot password" and then simply follow the prompts.
If, for whatever reason, you can not see the "forgot password" link. Simply attempt to login with you email address and then guess the password. If you guessed the wrong password, you WILL then see the link to enable you to reset your password

After 5 incorrect password attempts you should see a "Forgot Password?" button, press that and enter the gmail or aother account the phone is registered too, to reset the password.

It should be your Gmail and gmail password that you put in the phone when you first booted it up. Not your username and password from sprint.
