Coloured lines on screen and takes a long time to populate

Lately my Macbok takes longer to change from webpages to another and often shows single lines of colour which populating. It can sometimes take many seconds for the screen to populate with normal colour and content. Is this the beginning of the end of the screen?

When this happens it is a logic board video problem. I would purchase a use logic board or a comparable laptop via eBay There are numerous laptops of your type for sale that have broken screens for a fair price. The screens are very hard to find on eBay for sale, But a good working screen is worth it's weight in gold. The random screen issue is normally caused by the logic board and not the screen.

SOURCE: My other computer, G4 Macbook Pro, has a screen

Connect an external display to the computer. If the lines and distortion shows up on the external display its the video card, which is attached to the logic board. So, the whole logic board will need to be replaced.
If the lines and distortion don't show up on the external display the issue is the LCD module, which will need to be replaced.

How new species may have formed in the three land masses from ancestral adansonia species

When a new species form by geographic isolation, it is called geographical speciation or allopatric speciation. Geographical isolation is a physical separation which prevents gene flow between distinct populations. The populations on three land masses from this example, will eventually diverge from individuals of the single species that migrated to those land masses. The members of the populations, which once belonged to the same species, will no longer be able to mate and produce offspring. Eventually, the formation of new species will occur, in this example three new species on three land masses from the ancestral Adansonia species.

How can I get rid of the coloured lines?

you should do the following tasks:
Press the left side of the TV with your hand, if the colors got disappeared, fortunately the flat cable inside the TV causes the problem. But
If the problem still insists, the panel board inside the TV got corrupted and you must change it with a new one.

HOW TO ENABLE 289 DIMM D01 is disabled in server 2008.

terrible question; please add more detail

if your system has a dual CPU socket, perhaps you don't have a second cpu (where more memory banks usually require that second cpu socket to be populated in order to use the dimm slots); doubtful, but there could also be a jumper on your mobo

or maybe look in your BIOS; that's where things are enabled/disabled (i.e. server 2008, afik, doesn't have a way to specifically disable a dimm slot)

the mobo (or system) manual may have guidance for memory installation; e.g. sometimes there's a size or slot population type table (or compatibility; i.e. maybe the memory you are installing is dual rank and the system only takes single, thus it appears that the slot is disabled)

Hp dv9000 switches on to show coloured lines on screen.

Hello

My first guess is that the screen circuitry has gone bad - although fixable. Use an external monitor to verify this. If the external monitor is fine then the screen circuitry is bad, if the external screen shows the same problem then the video chip or associated circuitry has gone bad. My company fixes these all the time.
