1) move left hand toggle switch all the way to left, where the little playback sign is, where it lets u look at the pics you have.
2) Press menu button once - you should see a red box with erase at the top. use your zoom toggle switch to to select "all frames"
3) Use the menu button to select ok
Card should be erased.

SOURCE: MY MEMORY CARD DOESN"T ALLOW
With this information I think you need to format the card.
Go to "My Computer"
Right click on the card in this window and select format.
Then format it with FAT32
Click Format and your problem should be solved!
