I have a photcopier and this final is from finlad how to transform the languge from finland to english

This is possible if the correct language is included in the loaded system software installed on the copier. This can be checked by entering Service mode. This is done by pressing the key that looks like an Asterisk within a headshape. So its * 2 and 8 (together) *. Then select copier and than Version, arrow down the versions until the Loaded Languages are listed. If English is loaded you will see a Version Number listed next to it. If English is listed than press the reset key go back to main screen.

To Select the Desired Language:
1. Go to Service Mode, *, 2 and 8, *.
2. Select Copier.
3. Select Option.
4. Select Body.
5. Press the right arrow and scroll to the 3rd screen.
6. Select RMT-LANG. For English, it should read en.
7. To change the language, hit the +/- sign until you find the desired language.
8. Select OK.
9. Then power cycle the machine.
If English is not included in versions loaded. Then a service will be required for a Service Tech to load a current version of System Software that has the English Language.

How can I change the language on my laptop?

If you just want to change the keyboard and general language settings, you simply go to the Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Regional/Language settings and change your language.

If your friend installed the Turkish version of WinXP (i.E. all the alert boxes are in Turkish) and you want to modify it to another language - that's a totally different and more complex situation.

In order to change the whole system language you can install a newer service pack in a different Language or uninstall the last installed Service Pack and after changing the registry settings below Install it again.
!!!Make always a backup of your Registry first !

You have XP SP2 in Turkish and want to change your systmes language to English, you will have to download SP3 in English (link).
(You can change the language here to another one before the download.)
Then you will have to change some registry keys. (Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet001ControlNlsLanguage Registry Key), and change the value for “Default” and “InstallLanguage” from 041F (Turkish) to 0409 (English).
Reboot and you'll be able to install SP3 in English.
If no problems occur, you will have the whole system language changed.
Here is the List of numbers that represents each language in the registry:
* 0436 = "af;Afrikaans"
* 041C = "sq;Albanian"
