SOURCE: Would this work or burn

Yes everything would work perfectly. I see no problems in your plan. Even if both fans were run off of one switch they would not burn out, the circuit it appropriately sized. You could even go a step down to save yourself some money and use 14/2 and 14/3 (supposing its only the fans running on the circuit). You can run up to 16 amps on 12 AWG wire and up to 12 amps on 14 AWG wire (80% of breaker tolerance). Also when it get to the fans use a wire junction box run your 3 wire cable in there and branch out to your fans from there with separate 2 wire cables. I believe that was your plan just wanted to clarify. Good luck!!

The wire to the ceiling fan are meant to send voltage to the fixture only and are not usually wired to control both the light and the fan independently. In order to do that, you may have to pull another set of wires to the switch box and then connect them to the light circuit in the box where the fan is. In regards to the other wiring that you mentioned, it makes no sense that the wires go to the stove fan and the bathroom fan unless those wires are source wires that carry the incoming voltage.

How yo wire up ceiling fan with light

Typically with only one switch controlling the fan/light the connections in the ceiling are white to white, black to black and blue. if you have a separate switch for the light and one for the fan, typically the wiring is white to white, black to black, red to blue.

I would say the extra wires are for a receiver which must be in there somewhere.

To bypass the receiver, look for black, blue & white wires. Black is fan, blue is light fixture -- white is neutral.

The source wires (from the electric panel) would be black and white and bare copper (ground).

From here, you need to tell me what switching configuration you want: one wall switch, two wall switches, one wall switch w/ two pull chains, etc.

Wiring hookup

The 2 black wires on the hood go to the black from the wall. The 2 black on the hood is in case you want separate switches as 1 is for fan and 1 is for light. The green goes to the bare copper wire. Its the ground. And are you sure the wire is yellow? It should be white and connect to the other white. This is the neutral.
