If the Supertooth 3 is on, turn it off by holding down the green Multi-Function button for about 5 seconds (until you hear a voice announce "BlueAnt ST3 powering down").
Hold down "Vol " and the green Multi-Function button until you hear a loud siren/distinctive tone.
The Supertooth 3 will turn on. Hold down the green Multi-Function button for about 5 seconds to turn it off again.
The Supertooth 3 has now been reset: all pairing and other information has been deleted. When you turn the Supertooth 3 back on again it will prompt you to select a language and then go into pairing mode.
You will now need to re-pair your phone with your Supertooth 3.

For most radios, select a station you want, then chose which preset you want it at and press that preset button for 3 or 4 seconds to lock that station in that preset number.

Hi - I had the same problem setting up my 3G S. Here's the solution. In "Settings/General" set the Bluetooth to "ON". Turn your ST3 OFF by holding the green button until she says it's Powering Down. Now press and hold the
green button ON until Language Selection (British
English) option. Select language by pressing green
button again. Next she will say "Device Found-Paring Successful-Enter password 0000". Enter 0000 and your phonebook will start downloading. There ya go!
Try just holding the button of choice down. In my Audi, when I had a factory head unit, to set for example, preset 2, I'd just tune to the station I wanted to program, and then hold down the number 2 preset button until the display stopped blinking. It was then preset.
