I had the same problem, I take off the chip and then I turn it on, then I turn on the bluetooth and I delete some picture that a friend send mi by bluetooth one day ago, I dont know if it make sence but my celphone work again

hey i have a solution but its quite rough though... take out all your memory card and sim card and battery... then without the battery press the on button. just put in the battery and keep holding the button. if it still restarts then take out and put the battery in again until it will start. this really works as it works for me 5 times when i had this problem. but the only thing i'm scared is that it might damage your phone. but once you have this problem your music player will be spoilt already. my music player was also spoilt but it works twice. now it doesnt work though. im not sure about music player
